Nancy Drew®: The Shattered Medallion No One is Immune to Sudden Death on this Reality TV Show!Ever since the Secret of the Scarlet Hand, the eccentric Sonny Joon always seemed a step ahead of Nancy Drew. “Nancy Drew: The Shattered Medallion’s amazingly funny characters, fascinating dialog and New Zealand setting are fantastic.” Also, I cannot remember the last time I had to take out notepaper and write down all of the clues so that I wouldn’t miss an essential bit of information, but I had to do it for this game.” I quite enjoyed the challenge of some of them, the submarine puzzle being a particular favorite. “The puzzles are this game’s bread and butter, and they live up to every standard. Although some developers would like to convince us that the work needed to provide the option of playing as a woman is too difficult, for 16 years Her Interactive has built a truly singular female lead.” Nancy Drew’s longevity, financial success, and unanticipated breadth of appeal argues that a primary female character is no hindrance to a videogame series and might in fact be an asset. Happy Gaming, fellow NG fans and thanks for reading.“Nancy Drew is one of the longest running gaming franchises with a female protagonist, second only to Barbie. It pains me to say this but, I would not recommend this one but for the die hard ND game lover of course, you'll have to play it so you can say you played them all. What's so weird is that this game is rich in meaningful character interaction but it wasn't enough to overcome the serious flaw in the plot. One of my big things about a game is character interaction. The idea of this adventure was nice but the plot just went completely left for me, it didn't make much sense and in the end still had no real basis to be called an adventure. The plot of the story was not so amazing. The backdrop, the scenery, the sounds were amazing. Nancy finds herself on a reality show similar to The Survivor, that part I love. However, there were a few entertaining points. I'd even go so far as to say that so far it's my least favorite game. I have to admit, I'm feeling a bit funny about having to say this but, I didn't like this game.
